Refunds
Tunehome Pro is a software subscription. It does not include music or video purchases.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not require buying, uploading, or returning any music content.
Customers can cancel or manage subscriptions from the Manage / cancel subscription link in Tunehome billing settings, from the customer portal link included in payment receipts, or directly in the Creem customer portal.
The Creem customer portal is available at https://www.creem.io/my-orders/login — log in with the email used at purchase.
Refund requests
Refund requests can be sent to support@tunehome.app within 14 days of purchase.
Please include the account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue so the request can be reviewed. Support requests are handled within 3 business days.
Software access
Refund eligibility applies to Tunehome software subscription access. Tunehome does not sell music, video files, or downloadable media content.
