Terms
Tunehome provides personal media library software. These terms define the product boundary for reviewers and users.
Software subscription
Tunehome sells access to software features for organizing, playing, and managing a personal media library. A Tunehome Pro subscription is a software subscription, not a music subscription.
Tunehome does not provide a music catalog, sell music, sell video content, or operate a marketplace for media files.
User media rights
Users are responsible for having the rights to any media files they connect or import. Tunehome does not provide, sell, distribute, or host music or video content.
Users may only connect local folders or personal cloud storage that they are authorized to access.
No file sharing
Tunehome does not enable file sharing between users. Playlists and library features are metadata-oriented and do not transfer audio or video files to other users.
Users may not use Tunehome to infringe copyrights, bypass third-party rights, or distribute files they do not have permission to use.
Fulfillment and billing support
Paid customers receive account-based Pro features after checkout. No music files, video files, physical goods, or download packages are shipped as part of the subscription.
